Mission Statement
Our purpose at Bi-Valley Medical Clinic, Inc. is to improve the health
and safety of individual patients, the lives they impact, and the greater
Sacramento community by:
- Helping each patient attain their highest level of functioning
- Treating opiate addiction through medication management, counseling
services, and providing case management services to patients
- Diagnosing and treating/referring co-morbid psychiatric disorders
- Diagnosing and treating/referring co-morbid medical problems
- Reducing harms related to illicit drug use through education,
counseling and treatment
- Educating the Community on evidence based drug treatment strategies
and policies
- Building a quality work environment for staff that encourages

We at Bi-Valley are committed to the principal that opiate addiction is an
illness. Patients merit our respect and sincere efforts to understand and
meet their needs. The effectiveness of services offered to our patients and
our success in achieving our mission depends on the dedication of our staff.

codes will be taken very seriously. Corporate Compliance Issues will be

employee handbook or the Positive Negative Action Procedure in the
Supervisor Manual. |

addicted)

advocate for patient issues, etc.
